As a Marketing Agent, Corporate Trading, Inc. contracts with the seller to represent the seller’s best interests in the sale of pre-owned and / or new aircraft. With this agreement in place, the seller benefits from our well established industry contacts and vast experience in marketing and selling aircraft; assuring the client’s aircraft is sold in a timely manner and for the best price.
1. INITIAL CONSULTING
- Evaluation of aircraft to establish market value.
- Overview of current market conditions.
- Sold summary of similar aircraft for comparison.
- Analysis of market value.
2. AGREEMENTS
- Commission fees are determined on a plane by plane basis.
3. ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT
- Schedule Photo shoot, if required.
- Our Techincal Representative performs an on-site evaluation of the aircraft, which includes a review of the log books, records, maintenance status, avionics, features, etc.
- Produce expanded specifications of your aircraft for hard copy and internet purposes.
- Create specification and photo brochures.
4. MARKETING
- Send "New to Market" e-mail announcements.
- Place aircraft photos & specifications on CTI website, www.jetsearch.com, and industry related websites.
- Develop and position advertising in the most productive publications.
- Send direct mailers and/or email featuring the aircraft specifications and photographs.
- Our sales and research staff makes consistent contact with prospects daily.
5. COMMUNICATION
- Identify, validate and respond to all leads.
- Review and present offers upon receiving.
- Timely reports and updates on inquiry levels, real prospects and competition.
- Summary of current market status.
- Review strategy as necessary.
6. DOCUMENTS
- Provide model contracts, agreements, escrow arrangements and aid in the negotiation of terms and conditions for each deal; giving you the advantage of our many years of specialized experience in every phase of aircraft sales and disposal.
- Provide all the required FAA documents.
7. 1031 LIKE-KIND TAX DEFERRALS
- Guide you through an IRC 1031 Like-Kind Exchange structured to your needs.
- Act as consultant, and recommend qualified industry contacts to facilitate the exchange.
