Aircraft Evaluation

When conducting an Aircraft Evaluation, it is necessary that we have fairly comprehensive data on the Aircraft.  Items such as current airframe and engine times, an equipment list, and a description of the paint and interior are helpful.  Using our in-house proprietary database, we will then compare the subject with similarly equipped Aircraft that have recently sold and ones that are currently available for sale.  This comparison, coupled with an analysis of market trends, allows us to produce a price range Evaluation.

The staff at CTI is eager to assist the business aviation community by providing Aircraft Evaluations and Appraisals upon request.  There are various reasons for requesting an Evaluation or Appraisal.  It may be necessary in advance of a sale or trade, to establish diminution of value,  required for bookkeeping, tax purposes, and estate planning.
